Great communication from both Michelle and Brandi. There was initially some concerns from us about the cost to close, but Michelle worked with us to help us come to an acceptable arrangement which allowed us to continue with the purchase. Closing was slightly delayed, but it was not due to any fault of Michelle or Annie-Mac.
